I really have no experience when buying a diamond, or any jewellery for that matter. Whenever I have gone into a jewellery store in the past, I always felt overwhelmed, out of place and quite frankly the whole environment a little pretentious. But when I found 20+ and began the process, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I found the perfect piece for my husband and both of us couldn’t be happier.
